These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services provided by Dextrabot— including but not limited to web and mobile applications, Telegram bots, channels, groups, browser extensions, APIs, smart contract interfaces, and their successor versions (collectively, the “Platform” and “Services”). By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference. The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
1. Acceptance of the Agreement
These Terms govern your rights and obligations when using the Platform. By accessing or registering with the Platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations (including tax, customs, and trade compliance laws). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Important: These Terms may include class action waivers and/or arbitration provisions (see Section 13). Depending on applicable law or company preference, one or more of these options may be enforceable.
2. Changes
Dextrabot may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time with reasonable notice. Updates become effective once posted on the Platform. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using the Platform.
3. Definitions and Interpretation
Affiliate: Any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Dextrabot.
Wallet: A blockchain wallet owned by the user to sign transactions (e.g., EVM wallet, Solana wallet, Hyperliquid agent wallet, etc.).
Applicable Law: All laws and regulations in force in jurisdictions to which the user or Dextrabot is subject.
Singular includes plural and vice versa. “Including” means “including but not limited to.”
4. Scope and Use of the Services
4.1 Purpose
The Services provide interfaces and APIs for collecting, analyzing, visualizing on-chain and exchange data, as well as copy-trading/automation integrations. The Platform does not provide investment advice; all data and content are for educational and informational purposes only.
4.2 License and Eligibility
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform for your personal and/or authorized business purposes. To use the Platform, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) not reside in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited; and (c) not have been previously banned from the Platform.
4.3 Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, wallet(s), and API keys. If you lose access to your wallet or agent wallet, Dextrabot may not be able to restore your access. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.
4.4 Blockchain Transactions and Fees
Transactions are recorded on public blockchains and subject to variable “gas/fees” beyond our control. Differences in fees or execution costs do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
4.5 Third-Party Services and Integrations
Exchanges and Protocols: Dextrabot may integrate with third-party protocols and exchanges (e.g., Hyperliquid). Order execution, balances, leverage, liquidation, etc. remain under third-party control. Dextrabot does not custody or hold funds.
Fiat On/Off-Ramp: Services like MoonPay may be offered. These providers manage their own KYC/payment processes. Card or payment data is not processed by Dextrabot, and all liability rests with the provider.
Wallets and Keys: Hardware/software wallets and agent wallets are provided by third parties. Dextrabot is not responsible for any loss, theft, or access issues.
4.6 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform for (i) unlawful activities, (ii) denial-of-service or hacking attempts, (iii) impersonation, (iv) reverse engineering, (v) copyright or intellectual property infringement, or (vi) automated actions that overload the Platform.
4.7 Modifications, Support, and Suspension
Dextrabot may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without obligation to provide ongoing support. Access may be suspended immediately in case of suspected violations.
4.8 Affiliates
Rights and obligations under these Terms may be performed by Dextrabot’s affiliates or subcontractors. You agree to direct any claims only against Dextrabot.
5. Privacy
Your data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.
6. Third-Party Links and Applications
The Platform may include links to third-party sites, applications, and smart contracts. These are outside Dextrabot’s control, and Dextrabot accepts no responsibility for their content, security, availability, or compliance. Use is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, data, and content on the Platform are owned by Dextrabot or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No part may be copied, reproduced, or modified without prior written consent.
8. Infringement Notices
If you believe your copyright or trademark rights are being infringed, please send a notice to [[email protected]] including the infringing material, its location/URL, your contact information, and a statement of authority. We will review promptly under applicable law.
9. Risk Disclosures
9.1 Crypto Assets and Smart Contracts
Blockchains, smart contracts, bridges, and related infrastructure are inherently risky. Forks, bugs, validator/operator failures, cyberattacks, and regulatory changes can cause financial losses.
9.2 Platform Risk
Data feeds may experience interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, or outages. High traffic, third-party failures, or other issues may cause Platform errors. You accept these risks and agree not to hold Dextrabot liable.
9.3 Price and Liquidity Volatility
Digital asset prices are extremely volatile, and liquidity conditions can shift rapidly. Regulatory actions and market events may negatively impact asset values.
9.4 Copy-Trade and Automation Risk
Copy-trade and automation functions operate only to the extent you authorize them. Strategy changes, execution delays, partial fills, slippage, and API limits may affect outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
9.5 Community Content and “Alpha/Signal Providers”
Community-shared content and third-party “signal” information are not investment advice. Accuracy or effectiveness is not guaranteed. Dextrabot is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on such content.
9.6 Not Financial Advice
Dextrabot does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult independent professionals as needed.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dextrabot, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
